I just heard that two of my paintings have been accepted to an upcoming biennial exhibition called "No Bigger Than a Breadbox." There were 384 entries and only 67 have been juried into the show, so I am delighted with the news. My black Scratchbords "Locked In Time", with color added with inks, and "Eye Of The Tiger" will be featured. (You can see the small size of "Eye Of The Tiger" shown in my hand in the photo).

The exhibition required that each entry had to be less than 12" in any dimension, including framing. Any media, style or genre was welcome, including all types of drawing and painting as well as sculpture and other three dimensional art. Entries were accepted from all over the US. Since I've been working in small formats on my recent scratchboards, I had several possibilities which fit the criteria. The detail I can capture in a scratchboard, even in a small size, make this art stand out - perfect to try to get into this show. I decided to increase my odds and entered the maximum number allowed, six. My four other entries are shown below and I would be pleased to have any of them chosen. Let me know your favorite!
